This is a very large hotel that is in a great location. It is across the street from the Warsaw Palace of Culture as well as the Centralia train station. Shopping malls are within walking distance and an underground series of walkways gives you the impression there is an underground city. There are numerous dinning options and of course the Casino is a place to visit. If you like Kebab's you can stop in at the many nearby Kebab shops. This hotel will cater to the discriminating guest as well as a casual guest wanting to walk around and experience Warsaw. The area is very safe. The staff were friendly and helpful...I felt very welcome. Check-in and check out went without a hitch and was very quick.

On arrival upgrade to business lounge with higher room standard (37th floor - great view). Room very comfortable and clean, Staff in business lounge can be more friendly however standart met.. Breakfast with very good choice of food, with diner offer was very confusing where and what time in different days - not the best. Generally satisfied with stay.. Excellent location!!!

i we had 1 night short stay, arrived at night and left early monrning. we know this hotel very well as we stayed couple of times in the past. unlike other hotels, chen in was fast as they managed to have our details since last stay and we saved some paper work. prices went up slighly and breakfast is not included anymore.

Great location, direct bus from the airport for less than 3 ZL
Checkin fast as they save your details from previuos stay

I stayed a week in this place. It is in a good and central location and has of course all the amenities of a five star hotel. But except of the great views from the tall building it has no special appeal. The rates of nearly for daily internet use are daylight robbery. In a hotel like this, it should be included in the room rates. The breakfast is not bad and open until 11am, which is very good,
