I have been to Portugal over 30 times, and the town of Espinho is one of my all time favourites. Although popular with the Portuguese, there are almost no foreign tourists. The city of Porto is a 20 minute commuter train trip away. The underground station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel.
Located directly on one of the best beaches in Portugal. Clean functional rooms, nothing fancy. Ocean view was definately worth the extra charge.
Lobby is drab; but functional
- Restaurant Tip : This was my third visit to Espinho, and as usual had all of my meals at "Restaurant Lapas 2", which is just down the beach from the hotel. Brothers Carlos and Victor will look after you well.
