Overall the stay was pleasant, hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive and all is very clean. Location wise is also good. It has a nice coffee shop on the hotel corner. Hotel located close to the beach. If traveling with too many bags then the room will become smaller than it is. Regardless the floor, the elevator can be a bit noisy. The room in which we stayed smelled too much a cigarette, which can be a problem in case of allergies or when a non smoker. I did not like the smell each time I entered into the room as the air is too heavy. Upper floors are better and more pleasant than 1st floor. No permanent room service. If you arrive late and you have not had the chance to eat before make sure you have a chocolate or something else in the room. I will return to the hotel if I'm sure I will stay in the upper floors.
Restaurant Tip : Five minutes taxi ride you can experiment the food at Gordini's terrace at the marginal, excellent food and view. Taxi are parked near the hotel.
