já estive hospedada no hotel cervantes por tres vezes e sempre fui bem atendida, pretendo me hospedar outras vezes , não tenho intenção de trocar de hotel. O que mais me deixa satisfeita com o hotel é o atendimento dos funcionários. O café da manhã é muito bom e deve continuar assim. Há um restaurante próximo que também é muito bom.O metrô passa na frente e várias lojas e super-mercados nos arredores.
