we stayed here for 2 nights in september 2012. it was a fantastically located hotel, 10 minutes walk to the river, the bridge and the furnicular. it is up the slope so you can walk down and take the furnicular back for your day out (hills can't be avoided much in porto). the rooms were big and comfortable and the prices really reasonable at the bar for a night cap and also breakfast compared with the international norm, with the quality still there.
the stand out was the concierge. he gave great restaurant recommendations both nights and directions around town and to the duoro when we left. we drove to porto from lisbon. there is convenient space out the front to pull up. parking was € per day but that was fine to safely throw someone the keys and get the car back smartly 2 days later.
we got a good deal for our stay, so i cannot say how value stacks up against the rack rate.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
go do a port tour. check last times before you set out. we packed our day and got to graham's at 5.29pm. we just made the last english language tour. in fact the security guard said it was all over but we could go up anyway to have a look so we tried our luck anyway. i'm glad, it would have been a shame to miss it, or at least one of the tours from the various houses on offer.

予約時にハネムーンと伝えていたら、チェックインの時に「おめでとうございます」と言ってくれたり、部屋にケーキを運んでくれたりと、お祝いしてくれる気持ちがとっても嬉しかったです。
部屋は広くて綺麗でした。また、バスタブとトイレが別々になっていたり、アイロンがあったりと機能的でとても快適に過ごすことができました。
駅からも近くて、どこに行くにも便利です。
ホテルのレストランを利用するとワイン（ボトル1本）のサービスもあります。料理もおいしかったです。
ポルトに来ることがあれば、また滞在したいお薦めのホテルです。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ポルトは１日あれば歩いて回れるので観光しやすかったです。ただ、坂道が多いので、しっかりと歩く準備が必要です。

ロケーション、ホテル設備、スタッフの質、全てファーストクラス。

サンベント駅から徒歩２分。ポルト自体がそれほど大きな街でないせいもあるけど、ここのホテルは何処へ行くにも極めて便利です。ホテルも新しく、清潔感があり、朝食もばっちり。広場と駅を見渡しながらの朝食は最高です。
Restaurant Tip:
ポルトの食事はリスボンと同様、日本人には最高です。特にカナパーニャ駅近くのタコライスが美味しいcasa aleixoとボリャオン市場内の豚の丸焼き（切り売りしているので、少人数でも大丈夫）屋は是非！
