Dream location with 20 meters from the underground station. From the rooms you can look at the huge square in the center of Porto. Does not feel safe to leave your stuff in the room. The hotel is a renovated building and room doors are the original doors which cannot be shut as you would expect. Breakfast is very poor but enough to get something into your stomach before leaving. The bathroom is really small. The hotel is in the middle of the city so it was very easy to walk back for a rest and leave again. Quite a romantic place if you like old buildings.

Very centrally located, adjacent small restaurant and very good cheap restaurant next door. Small lift, corny; room door was not closed, toilet not fixed, just got to rock, solid polished floor bathroom with risk of slipping, little room, but good bathroom and clean sheets, no safe in room. Very unfriendly reception, especially the lady room (all those days has not said a word!). We asked for twin beds for me and my mother, we got another room but would possibly make us pay extra Nothing more heard of. The first day toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc. The next day only toilet paper, these days NOTHING more, except towels ... Breakfast on the meager side: packet of cheese / jams, no fruit or something. Very unfriendly operation Pepper Duration internet, but 200 meter away internet for 1 / 5 of the price ... Compared to other European cities, Porto is pretty cheap, even the hotel, at least through Agoda.com Agoda Love!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For 10 euros (to obtain even in hotel) can take a hopbus (yellow or red) 24 h valid, and valid for 3 tours: the City, the Castles, and the City with Bruggen.Begin eg, consistent with The Castles, Bridges and the next morning. Double decker buses, helpful. On foot, sometimes climbing strong ... Post Office and shopping nearby hotel.

From airport : the best way to follow will be: IC1 (Av AIP), Boa vista Square ("Rotunda da Boa vista"), "Rua Julio Dinis" (heading to the Crystal Palace - "Palácio de Cristal”), "Rua dos Clerigos" just until its end, where you'll arrive at Aliados Avenue.
