Nice new hotel - but "typically" big

We were on a short business travel to Romania and had only 1 night at the RIN Grand Hotel.
The hotel is new and at check in they found our reservation but rejected that it was for 2 although it was... They demanded me to start up my laptop to prove this - not a good start!!
Restaurant and facilities was good though and lots of good places to hang out, drink a coffee or work. Good Wi-Fi too.
What really annoys me is that these big hotels promote their hotel spa, pool and gym and when you show up (all dressed) you embarrass yourselv and the staff becuase they say its not included in the hotel and has extra costs. Then this should be written on the booking, hotel website or otherwise so the guest doesn't embarass him or herself. Work on that as well as service and the hotel is a decent 4 star hotel for sure.
Carrefour is right next door which is great.

I propably will stay in future a long period in
Bucharest and this hotel is my first choice.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It is recomended to use spa and fitness /gym
there is great facilities.

Large hotel nice and clean ,airy friendly / helpfull Staff.Rooms nice and spacious.Breakfast excellent with a very large choice of cooked food.Very nice choice of fresh fruits and cereals.Restaurant nice and clean with plenty of space.Seemed to have good security and the indoor carpark was connected to the hotel.Parking was extra but not that expensive.Overall the hotel was more than sufficient for our needs.Good value etc

Got a good price from Agoda so stayed here even though I wasn't on business. VERY big hotel. They have lots of conventions and meetings here. Very fast service. The staff was very responsive and helpful. This hotel could be anywhere in the world as far as business hotels go. They have everything you would expect. Not super plush, but all very nice, new, and organized.
Shopping Tip:
There is a big shopping center with even a grocery store next door.
