1. Плохо работала сантехника.
2. Маленькие халаты (на детей 10-12 лет)
3. В праздники не работал СПА, рекламный агент об этом не уведомил.
4. Шумно за окнами.
5. Неудовлетворительное состояние электрики. Не было розеток у прикроватных тумбочек, не работал светильник, отсутствовал напряжение в одной из розеток.
Я не привереда, но за такие деньги - сервис и удобства были не на должном уровне. Больше не буду останавливаться в этой гостинице и другим не рекомендую!!!
