It is most likely 2-star hotel rather than declared 4-stars. Small rooms, uncomfortable bed and bathroom. Bad quality of furniture.

Неплохая дорогая гостиница
Удобное расположение в историческомя центре Москвы рядом с Чистыми Прудами. Чистые уютные номера.

Гостиница соответствует трём европейским звёздам, если не учитывать стоимость номеров и завтрак. За такие деньги, по крайней мере, можно было бы обеспечить достойный "шведский стол" на завтрак. В остальном, неплохая гостиница, из которой можно пешком отправиться по центру Москвы.
