This Holiday Inn property delivers the usual high standard of comfort and security close to the metro and only a few stops from Red Square. Located near the Belorusskaya metro stop at the end of the arterial Leningrad Avenue, the Holiday Inn Lesnaya is quickly accessed from Sheremetyevo airport and is equally well-placed for trips into the center of town. It�s only a few metro stops on a direct route to Red Square and in the immediate vicinity guests should be able to identify at least five distinct architectural eras. The hotel being quite new and its staff young and friendly, the atmosphere is convivial and the rooms modern and brightly furnished. Those keen to get their bearings on foot can walk down the shopping and entertainment avenue of Tverskaya � or Gorky � Street and be at the Kremlin within an hour.

Good central location, convenient for all modes of transport and airports Customer Service. When I explained that my sheets had not been changed, as they had blood marks on, I was 'chastised' by a member of staff. Reluctant to 'go the extra mile'. This is my first time in a Holiday Inn in Moscow. The service did not compare favourably with my usual choice of hotel, especially customer service. On more than one occasion I felt that meeting a reasonable request (Ironing boards, clean linen) was a chore. I also had to content with drunk people getting the wrong room during the night.
The rooms however were sizable and more than adequate. The location was excellent, the restaurant very good and taxis plentiful.
All in all, an average stay but I would give them a second chance.

Near by Red Square & Zoo park. It is a 3 stars hotel maximum.
Service & hospitality are very limited which is a quite common feature in Moscow city...
No wifi in the rooms...
Taxi service is outrageously expensive.
This is an excellent choice for business travelers and solos.
The proximity of all key districts in Moscow make the hotel a good choice for your stay in the Capital.
Do not take the taxis outside the hotel. Call for your partners to pick you up.

Convenient location because the hotel is located at the 'inner circle "of Moscow and in close proximity to the metro. Comfortable. Staff front desk, friendly and helpful. Lobby area, insufficient. Breakfast too expensive. Luggage service improvement. I am basically satisfied with having chosen the Holiday Inn for my apartment in Moscow and let's recommend to the favorable cost-quality services.
Restaurant Tip : Included in the room, breakfast buffet, although limited.
