Front desk officer could not speak english well. Need to your confirmation paper from Agoda for your check-in. Need to insist about your payment with Agoda. Room rate shown in your port flowlio diference from your payment with Agoda( cheaper almost US$35.Need agoda to carify ?
Restaurant Tip:
shopping mall and good restuarants are opposite side of the road.

usually stay in this hotel when come to moscow, location is good, rooms are nice, so totally is good choice for business trips

there is park near where possible to walk some, if you are not in wnter there
