Amazing holiday from start to finish ......
Definitely the location of the hotel. The character and olde world charm of the hotel, especially the dining room. Very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I felt at home. The reception staff were extremely
efficient and polite, but in a friendly manner. The room I stayed in was beautiful with lovely drapes and appealing old world furniture. The dining room where I had breakfast each morning was absolutely delightful. I tried to sit near the fountain each day. It was also a very pleasant surprise to drink champagne with breakfast! The swimming pool was also a very nice addition, especially after a long day of sightseeing around Moscow. In fact, I was quite sad to leave.

Great stay at the Savoy. The Location is Superb!
History, beautifully designed, location, food, staff are all great!

Had a great stay at the Savoy, the location is superb and being in the Middle of the city gave me a chance to explore all the interesting places around the area. The Bolshoi Theater is just around the corner and so is the Red Square and Kremlin. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Moscow for business or pleasure. Very satisfied!

Film Channel in my room didnt work they looked to fix it with out success. Internet is good around the whole hotel. I had meetings in the lobby looked to have one in the business centre to move away from smokers but they looked to charge even though noone was in the centre. Meals very good in the evening. Breakfast adequate service very good

It was great, most of the 5-star hotels in Moscow were more expensive. Definitely I'll try to book it again next time.

My partner and I both live in Moscow, but we wanted a night in a top hotel as a celebration for her birthday. This hotel was just the place! If you want a great location, stylish rooms, then this is the place for you. You are only a few minutes walk from the Kremlin, The Balshoi Theatre and many other attractions. The breakfast was to be expected from a top hotel. The hotel is 100 years old, which adds to the appeal of the place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the number 2 bus all around the city. It costs 28 Rubles and will take you past lots of major attractions.

A very comfortable hotel with pleasant staff. It is centrally located and convenient for Red Square and all that stuff and the museums and attractions of Moscow. The buffet breakfast has everything you could possibly want and some things you possibly would not want.

Great Hotel
Great location, wonderful service, would stay there again!!

I was staying with my kids at this hotel and would highly recommend it for families with children because of it's location. It is very close to one of the main shopping centers, Red Square and other attractions. The staff was friendly and smiling all the time, even when my 2 boys (6 and 4 years old) were being noisyI have stayed at the Marriott before and it was ok, but I will return for future stays at the Savoy.
