I would not recommend this place to anyone except perhaps budget travellers. On arrival, I was made to wait 50 minutes in the street outside the apartments for someone to arrive and provide keys despite numerous calls in advance letting them know I was early. The street did not feel safe, there was a derelict building opposite, a drunk tramp outside the building, and the building itself did not look attractive in any way. Inside the building was dirty, the apartment was very basic, there was some kind of leak int he bathroom for which a dirty piece of toilet paper had been left on the floor to collect. Service was poor, nobody spoke much English if any and everyday someone called and needed to come round to fix something like the leak etc.
Never again...
