Half of the reception people speak VERY poor English, and half of them speak very reasonable English. The young doorman is very helpful, all the others, I really do not know what they are doing there... If you go to the massage, the guys there knows absolutely nothing in English, NOT one word !!! Breakfast is o.k A small cup of tea in the hotel cost $10 before tip !!! Overpriced !!!! If you go out of the hotel to the left, after around 100 meters there is a deli store that will sell you a better tea for $0.70
