It's realy good hotel,staff is ok,breakfast is really great but
It's really poor wifi in room and lobby.Pool and sauna are not free u have to pay 1200 Rub in an hour.Too small elevator.
The most important thing is it's really far from town and metro.
U have to get off Vladikino metro station and go exit in left hand side,when u walk out the station u'll see a few shops in left then walk to the small allay in left,keep on left until u'll see playground,walk until u see main road then across the 4 lanes road u'll see Baskin Robbin(Icecream shop),walk in small pedestrian then across the street,go ahead until u see the sign of some hotel at the corner of the building then turn left,across the street again,go ahead until u see the big green sign "Irbis" that is Maxima Irbis Hotel.If u have big luggage u should go out in right exit metro then across the road and call unofficial taxi 200-250 Rub.(point in map to taxi driver)
