Decent hotel with no air conditioning
Near the tourists spots, easy to find and room cleanliness
6.7
I am quite disappointed that the hotel room does not have air conditioning. The hotel staff said its becos it's a four-star hotel and added that only five-star hotel in Moscow has air conditioning. We were so hot that we need to open the balcony to get ventilation. But this created a security problem and we need to lock all our valuables at the safe while sleeping. The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the tourist spots like The Red Square.

Perfect Location, But the room size is a bit small
Perfect location, close to the city centre, the service is excellent, parking is a bit expensive.

Located close to Europisky, prime location easy access to all the cities goodies, 15 minutes from city centre. Loved the hotel, neat and clean, rooms are a bit small. Except every morning housekeeping lady comes and ruin your sleep everything else is great.

Worn out hotel, renovation needed urgently
good wifi, good breakfast
4.7
smell of smoke even in the non-smoking rooms, badly worn out rooms with a fee for a basic one. Its peanuts fee for Moscow, but there are plenty of other hotels with central location, and much, much, much better value for money.

we stayed for 3 nights at this business hotel which is conveniently located 2 mins walk from the subway station and a big shopping mall!
the hotel is a bit run down but the room was big and comfy.
our price did not include breakfast but you can easily find cafes and restaurants within 5mins walk from the hotel!

Lovely staffs with good services
Close to big shopping mall, next door to train station, clean and convenience hotel.
9.7
The best service, and clean with luxury hotel. Only problem for communication that most of staffs can not understand well or take more times. But the others are ok. Most of staffs are very kind and good with smile. Convenience for chek in and out. Total is well done .
Shopping Tip:
5-10 mins to big shopping mall which have many kinds of restaurant and brands.

Good hotel in very good location in Moscow
good location, 4 restaurants inside, next to Kiyevskaya train station
10
the hotel is perfect for business stays in moscow, has a large parking space, taxi service, 4 restaurants (a japanese as well). the view of the business rooms is very nice (for moscow), overviewing the river, the europe square. one of the hugest shopping malls of moscow is directly next to the hotel.

stayed here for 10 days during the height of smog and heat in Aug 2010. it was difficult to get a taxi, but the ladies at the taxi desk were (surprisingly) helpful. the hotel seems to be renovating bit by bit, the sofas at the lobby bar got a lot better this time compared to May. they still need to do something about the rooms though.

Free Wifi
free wifi, swimming pool, good location (close to shopping mall & metro station).
5.7
I've stayed here several times, and all the rooms I stayed were quite shabby. If you get a room facing the train station, then you get to hear the station announcements. If it's facing the river, it can be quite pleasing. They recently renovated the (pseudo) Japanese restaurant Sumo-san, so unlike the rest of the decor of the hotel, it actually looks okay. Service can be friendly, if they so choose.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I like taking a 30 min walk to the Novodevichy Monastry and have dinner at a Georgian restaurant Pirosmani and then walk back to the hotel (provided the weather's nice and warm).
