Solo travelers Brazil, November 18, 2012	great location great location, helpful staff, clean, new rooms 9 the hotel is very well located, among the most beautiful buildings in the city, restaurants and walking distance from big shopping malls, some attractions and other shops. it also lies between two metro stations and across the street from groceries and family markets. the building where the hotel is located looks bad once you enter it, but as the doors o the hotel open, you have a good surprise. it's clean and organized. a the staff was very sympathetic and helpful. i intend to visit saint petersburg again and will certainly stay at good night.

Funky decor, comfortable enough rooms. 7 The room I booked was sold out, so I had to pay extra for a different room type. At that point, I argued a little bit but was too tired to really put up a fight. The room booking system should be fixed, as it seemed to be location based. Nightlife Tip: Ask what time you will be able to get back at night, as the bridges REALLY DO go up for hours at a time! The staff were great about this. Also, ask for a set price taxi to the airport, and you might get a 'private' taxi which is seemingly one of their friends making money. I didn't mind- they were very kind and the ride was great!
