Average Hotel, Bad Customer Relationship

Ive booked two rooms for me and my collegue. Mine was OK, but my collegue complained about his disgusting floor. Anyway mine room was OK. As I said average hotel, maybe a bit overpriced value for money.
The most frustrating thing was the first morning, when we went down to get breakfast. Ok they start at 8.00, but we were picked up at 8.00 to go to work, so we said, all we want is just coffee. It was 7.45 and it was only because we sat down and make the coffee ourself, otherwise they would have kicked us out. They've locked the door and started yelling that they start at 8.00. Half the breakfast was there already. In every hotel around the world, I would even get from whats ready from the breakfast. But no, we were yelled at. I am practically living in the hotels all around the world and I have never seen this. Never. I speak a bit of russian, so they understood it was just coffe and inspite of this we were very very bad handled. I would never stay in that hotel any more!
Restaurant Tip:
never ever go before 8.00 am ;)!

Business Hotel in St. Petersburg

The Hotel is supposed to be a Business Hotel but the bureaucratic process in the country makes even a small task such as getting 3 pages of the Passport photocopied a time consuming task. The fact that very few of the staff speak English really is a dampener for any non Russian speaking business travelers.
The Hotel is comfortable, with spacious rooms & bathrooms, no kettle for tea/coffee in the room though
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Convenient bus service from in front of the Hotel to Nevsky Prospect, the main shopping/sightseeing area
