A pleasant little hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, the Arbat Nord Hotel is a homely place ideal for a base in St Petersburg. The location is a little out of the way of the city center (20 minutes by car), but there are lots of cabs passing the property that can ferry people from A to B. There is a restaurant on the premises serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus there is Internet access on the premises.
