Excellent location, full breakfast included, comfortable room including modern bathroom Only disappointment is we got twin beds instead of a double due to availability The location of the Nevsky was absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. The staff were very helpful and spoke Ebglish very well. The breakfast included with the room also added to the great value for money.

The Nevsky Grand Hotel is located in the central business area of the city, it's very convenient to go to the winter palace and the Hermitage Museum, and shops and restuarants. The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. The staff are very friendly. It would be very convenient for customers from other country if the hotel can provide some adopters or fittings to use the local electric sockets. However, there are no ready adopters to lend to the customers. Generally speaking, the Nevsky Grand Hotel is very nice hotel to stay. In fact, I visited St. Petersburg three times already, and this was the second time to have chosen the Nevsky Grand Hotel and I like it very much. I feel at ease when I stay there. The people working there are very friendly and ready to help you. My first hotel had far less quality in both facilities and service and was much more expensive. I will choose to stay in Nevsky Grand Hotel again in my next visit to St. Petersburg.
Restaurant Tip : There are many Japanese Sushi Bars on the streets around the Hotel. They serve very good Japanese Sushi food and are favored by young Russian people. You can enjoy the food and have fun talking with local citizens.

The Nevsky Grand Hotel is very close to the down town area of the city. It's very convenient to go to the winter palace and the Hermitage Museum, and shops and restuarants. The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. The staff are very friendly. Some rooms are not so large. Generally speaking, the Nevsky Grand Hotel is very nice hotel to stay. It has very good location. It's easy for you to visit your business associates, to go for sightseeing and to enjoy different kinds of food, of both western and eastern styles, in the nearby restaruants and go shopping and buy souvenirs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can visit the Winter Palace and Hermitage Museum by walking from the Nevsky Grand Hotel for about 5 minutes. It's very convenient.

Location is very good to close to historical places. shower water was not hot enough to feel comfortable. I like this hotel. Price is reasonable as other Russian hotels are mostly expensive. Location is best for sightseeing. I'm surprised there was sauna bath in my bath room.

The response was good and tired towards the front desk staff. English was OK. Where the elevators are slow in coming. There are cleanliness, and good support staff who are very satisfied overall.
