Located in the heart of the cities shopping and entertainment area the hotel is just a short drive away from the main airport.
The Rex Hotel is situated in the center of Belgrade and is conveniently close to the many of the areas major tourist attractions. The hotel includes an excellent in-house restaurant which serves the best in local cuisine in a comfortable environment and there is also a bar that provides snacks and drinks in the evening. The hotel is popular with local guests thanks to the friendly staff and interesting local architecture.

Well outfitted and decent.
Ten minutes walk from the railway station.
Calm neighborhood.
15 minutes walk to the very city centre.
The hotel is much better inside than what the exterior may indicate. Rooms are clean and well equipped. It is situated near the main Railway station and just a 15 minutes walk from the very heart of Belgrade. The full breakfast is served as a buffet. There were, however, no or at least very few restaurants nearby.

Comfortable hotel with genuine staff eager to help
The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but inside the rooms are comfortable and while the staff are obviously not entirely comfortable conversing in English they do very well and genuinely want to be helpful. The hotel is a short distance from the bus and train stations and about 10 minutes from the main shopping area.
Restaurant Tip : Head to Skadarska, the bohemian quarter, were meals are good value for money and there is often live folk music to keep you entertained
