First impression was good as brochure accurately reflected style and facilities at the hotel.
Great to have such a modern, spotlessly clean room.
Reception staff really helpful in obtaining rail timetables for our journey to the Barcelona Grand Prix.
A great place to people watch as two local families were holding wedding receptions at the hotel.
Restaurant menu was limited and (as is common in Spain) lacking vegetables although the food was well presented. Breakfast tea was awful although selection on buffet excellent.
Our stay at the AC Gavamar helped make our visit to Barcelona for the Catalunya F1 race an enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms refreshingly different and spotlessly clean. The hotel was excellent value for money although tea making facilities in the room would have been useful. We would definitely revisit this hotel.

Everything in general. Very well the room.

Location opposite the beach, the hotel's design, the hygiene of the same, excellent value for money, the breakfast and free minibar.
I think the staff should smile more ... tudos were very serious, despite its professionalism. The dinner service could be improved since there are not many alternatives in the area. The park should be free to avoid theft when the car is parked on the street in front of the hotel.
The hotel is excellent, with modern design, a privileged location a few meters from the beach in a quiet area, although it may be a disadvantage because there are many restaurants in the area. Own car is essential for anyone who wants to know Barcelona and surroundings. The hotel staff should smile more, despite its professionalism. The service, free minibar is a plus in service. Another situation is the stationing in the hotel that is enterd in my car, although it is also good parking in the street outside the hotel. Not recommend other streets as may occur in the same robbery.
Restaurant Tip : For dining the hotel's service leaves much to be desired, in the street the hotel has a restaurant very nice. You can also drive, go to Castelldelfels which is about 5km and then find greater variety of restaurants.
