Adagio Hotel Barcelona Info
A small, charming hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, offering affordable lodging for the budget conscious visitor. The lack of luxuries at the Adagio Hotel, is more than compensated by the superb location, friendly staff, and the cosy atmosphere that cannot be found in the large, international hotels throughout Europe. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and a delicious breakfast is included, making for a great start to a day of exploring one of Europe�s most amazing cities. The hotel is located on a busy pedestrian street, linking Las Ramblas with the Gothic Quarter. Many of the city�s attractions are literally just a few minutes walk away, including the Barcelona Cathedral and the Picasso Museum.

excellent location and friendly service. Simple room, and simple breakfast I stayed for 3 nights with my husband at the hotel. The best things at this hotel are its location and price. The hotel located at the Ramblas, wright next to a metro station. There is a nice square next to it with many restaurants and shops. Its also with a walking distance from many attractions.
These were the most important thing that we looked for, since we only come to sleep at night.
The main problem was that it was a bit cold during the night (Beginning of November).
Travel tip : You can by a T-10 ticket for 10 drives in the metro or bus. Its multipersonal, and also good for the train from the airport (witch by itself cost much more)

Great location just off the Ramblas in a good budget hotel. The street has great character but not as noisy as Ramblas. The room had everything I needed for one night before my cruise and the staff were helpful. There is no air conditioning which didn't bother me as I don't use it but the room was very warm! breakfast is very basic but adequate. I booked this hotel for the night before my cruise. I was very pleased with the room which was clean and comfortable with a good shower and bathroom. The staff were helpful and it really is in a great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling street. It's quite a narrow street and quieter than Ramblas but fun to watch the people going past. It was the perfect location and I had a great meal nearby and a nice walk around the area before retiring for the night. The following morning I was able to wheel my suitcase down to the harbour and get a bus to my ship. I would definitely stay there again. A really good value hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Eat at the famous La Fonda just off Ramblas and only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

no best features for this hotel its not a hotel more like YMCA to us everythins was very poor.
not even worth 20 euros a night but we paid much more than hat. we will never ever stay there again even if its free
