Please note that there is no reception area! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call the apartment when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:
50 euros (20:31 pm to 23:00 pm)
75 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
100 euros (1:01 am to 13:59 pm)
NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)
CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
All reservations must pay 80 euros cleaning fee (for the final cleaning) and 50 euros per person Security Deposit (100% refundable on check out)
City TaxFor all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).
This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Children and extra beds:- Guests over 5 years old are considered as adults.
