Overall are good. But the speaker in entrance door should be work or at least put signed to show where is reception desk. For easy traveler like me, it's highly recomend.

Getting to the hotel is simple. From the airport, take the train and get off at Passeig de Gracia. The hotel is 20 meters away. You can also take the Aerobus which can be found in front of every terminal and get off at Plaza Catalunya, but you will have to walk a little more. If your are traveling by Metro, Passeig de Gracia (Lines 2, 3 and 4) is the nearest station. Plaza Catalunya station (Lines 1 and 3) is also nearby. If you are traveling by bus, Lines 7, 16, 17, 22, 24, 28, 39, 45, B20 and B24 stop roughly 20 meters away from the hotel. Night Lines N4, N5, N6 and N7 also stop a short distance away.
