Couples Israel, April 08, 2012	Nice location but noisy and grumpy service The hotel is located in a very good location and the room was very beautiful and comfortable 7 we did not enjoy our stay in the hotel because of the following reasons: 1. it is located in a very good location, and although we were given a room on the "quiet" side, it was very noisy. 2. the total hospitality was petty. for example, upon arrival we were asked to present our agoda reservation printed on paper (we had it on our iphone) and in order to print it we had to pay money to the hotel. considering the fact that we paid euro per night, we thought they could have print it on their expense.

Couples Spain, February 12, 2012	Habitaciones bien decoradas,baños muy agradables, Decoración, personal agradable, desayuno correcto-aunque mejorable-, céntrico,... 9.3 estancia muy agradable, de hecho la repetimos en la misma semana; nos encantó el estilo de las habitaciones y los cuartos de baño, decoración moderna y cálida; el personal es simpático y correcto, e incluso nos permitieron entrar mucho antes en las habitaciones-incluso alas nueve de la mañana!-; lo único mejorable, aunque es correcto, es el desayuno (p.ej. más quesos, más variedad de zumos naturales, embutidos de pavo y no sólo de cerdo,...). el único punto negativo es un señor mayor que nos encontramos el sábado por la mañana en la recepción, antipático y muy desagradable. Travel tip: Es un hotel muy céntrico, por lo que es muy práctico para descubrir Barcelona.Todo queda cerca, las ramblas, la boquería, el barrio gótico, el Born, el Palau de la música,...
