These apartments are in the heart of Eixample, home to some of the most modernist architecture in the city. Some of Gaudi's landmarks worth a visit in the area include Sagrada Família, La Pedrera and Hospital de Sant Pau. From here you can also easily reach Plaza Catalunya and the very popular Las Ramblas boulevard. The apartments are self-catering, and are conveniently placed just across the road from the traditional Spanish market of Mercat del Ninot. Thus, all units include a kitchen along with a dining table, microwave and silverware. A true home away from home, Barcelona Suites Apartments provides an excellent base from which to explore this Spanish city.

Hotel Policies

Guests must contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange check-in details. Upon arrival in Barcelona, guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel, Pau Claris Street 145 Ent 1, where they will receive keys, directions, and a map of Barcelona.

At check-in, there will be a 300 Euro security deposit charge, which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartment's condition during check-out.

A 50 Euro housekeeping fee is charged per stay.

City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

Groups Hong Kong, January 30, 2012	Nice apartment and good price Location is not bad and worth to take time to explore neightborhood 8 i really satisfied with my stay in this apartment. since the price is fair and close to metro station. we are 2 people stayed in this apartment and we have 2 indiviual bedroom and bathroom which made me feels likes in heaven. the apartment is big enough to have a small party with friends. there are also provided basic cooking equipment then we can saved some money on food. the only problem is wifi access is rather slow and unstable. but over all is good~

Couples Australia, May 08, 2011	Nice clean apartment Good facilities and spacious. 6.3 The apartments advertise tea and coffee making facilities - the kitchenette does have a kettle and fridge - though no tea or coffee. Hotel Feature Tip: Make sure you know where to collect the key. Take your own tea and coffee.
