For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);

Business travelers India, April 17, 2013	Superb stay, and i am glad a friend recommended it Excellent rooms and architecture, superb staff and service, excellent food 10 Possibly the best hotel Ive stayed at in Barcelona (and i've stayed at the W). I was also slightly ill with a stomach flu, but the hotel found me an excellent doctor, and also served me food that was great for my stomach. I was ill for almost a week, but the stay at Casa Fuster was made really pleasant by the service and the quality of the rooms.

Couples China, April 01, 2013	nice building, great location, average service nice building, great location, fantastic design 8 The hotel has a perfect location for tourist,and has an amazing look, from both outside and inside. The high ceiling room, the luxury large bathroom, the history of the building, and the classical inner design all distinguish the hotel from other 5-stars. I saw some complaints from previous review about darkness of the room and lack of maintenance. I didn't find these problems in my room. However, on the negative side, it's noisy at night, because it's right off a main street and I can hear the traffic and underground so clearly that I couldn't fall to sleep in one night. Staffs are not very friendly. They have no interest to offer advice for sightseeing, and even no patience to answer basic questions about the hotel facility. Breakfast is at average level, far away from outstanding, and not comparable to the price.
