The hotel is located close to many tourist attractions. It is easy to travel by bus. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there are many at short walking distance.
The hotel provides water, coffee and tea. The room was clean, comfortable a little bit small. The mattress of the bed was a little bit soft. Shower and toilet were very adequate.
We felt very safe and the staff was polite, friendly and always ready to help. The room was on Picasso side street.It was a little bit noisy but a nice breeze was always coming from the window.
We can watch TV n many different languages. We had a pleasant stay.

My wife and I were there for one night on the first night of our honeymoon through Europe. The lady at reception knew who we were as soon as we got off the elevator and was very helpful when showing us a map of the area. When we got into our room, there was a small bottle of champaign with a letter of congratulations waiting for us. The gentleman at reception the next morning was just as helpful and friendly as we checked out and helped us print out boarding passes. Excellent hotel.

No-frills, reasonable value
Location close to the City Park, beach and old quarter.

This is a room-only hotel with no bar, lounge, restaurant etc. Our room was small, wih only about 2ft of space around the bed (it had a wardrobe, but nowhere to put the luggage). The bathroom was good and felt spacious; it had a great wash basin and a good tub and shower. When we arrived there was no soap but it was a genuine mistake and the receptionist was apologetic and immediately provided soap, shampoo and gel. The fire-escape plan showed each room was a different size and ours was the smallest.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Right across from the hotel is the Natural History Museum and the City Park. In the park there is also the Zoo and the Geology Museum, but it is nice just to stroll around and to sit beside the lake watching the ducks, parakeets and the tourists learning to row the pleasure-boats!
