For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.

Solo una finestra sulla strada

L'appartamento ha solo una finestra sulla strada ed una porta su una specie di terrazzino di un metro per due(si è al piano terreno) la finestra del bagno si apre sul vano ascensore e si riescono a vedere le scale,con la finestra del bagno aperta sentirete la gente sulle scale e la gente sulle scale sentirà voi nel bagno,la finestra della cameretta affaccia a sua volta sul vano ascensore.La metro più vicina è a soli 5 minuti di discesa (l'appartamento è sula collina del quartiere Gracia) che diventano 5 minuti di ripida salita al rientro a casa(non chiedete il nome della strada ai passanti..non la conosce praticamente nessuno), la persona che si occupa dell'appartamento è precisa come un polinaziotto e ne ha anche i modi,se arrivate la sera non dimenticate di portare carta igienica e sapone se arrivate la sera...se non ha lasciato qualcosa il precedente occupante non troverete nulla(noi abbiamo trovato solo un avanzo di sapone liquido)prima di partire non dimenticate di lavare i piatti altrimenti non vi restituiranno la caparra!

Bra lägenhet

Priset

En fin och nyrenoverad lägenhet där inget fattades. Allt var fräscht. Dock Är det ganska svårt att hitta dit så använd gps eftersom gatuskylten Är gömd bakom ett trafikljus. Var också beredd på att lägga en deposition På euro. Man betalar för städning men får ändå diska och slänga Sopor innan man checkar ut. Mycket trevlig tjej som lämnar ut nyckeln Och hon har nu fått en ordentlig vägbeskrivning att smsa av undertecknad. Mysiga resturanger i området.
