City TaxFor all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).
This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
Please note that check-in takes place in the Dailyflats office at Calle Floridablanca Street, no. 126.
Check-in is from 3 pm until 9 pm. Check-in after 9 pm is subject for a charge of EUR 40. After midnight the extra charge is 60EUR.
Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability, for a charge.
A damages deposit of EUR 200 is payable upon arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

• Junta Comerç, 25 (Comfort 1-Bedroom Apartment - Penthouse (1-4 Adults), Comfort 2-Bedroom Apartment (1-5 guests), Comfort 3 Bedroom Apartment (1-7 Adults), Comfort 4-Bedroom Apartment (1-9 Adults))
Children and extra beds:Guests over 3 years old are considered as adults.
