Please note that check-in takes place in the Dailyflats office at Carrer Villarroel, 28. For Check-In´ s after 10 pm, the Check-In has to be done in Carrer del Rossello, 380, 08025 Barcelona.

City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.

Please note that the check-In office is located in Carrer de Floridablanca 126. After an arrival time of 10 pm the Check-In has to be done in Carrer del Rossello 380.

Venus L. Groups Hong Kong, February 08, 2013	Very nice apartment Nicely renovated 7.7 Very convenient location and the room is very nicely renovated. The room is for six people but it appeared to have one bed and one sofa bed only. Also, check in office is a few metro stations away which is not very convenient. Customer service is poor with no reply to emails...and wifi did not work. Hotel Feature Tip: Take note that the check in office is at a different location as the apartment itself.
Venus L. Groups Hong Kong, February 07, 2013	A disastrous experience Right next to la rambla 3 Please be aware if you want to book this apartment. We had 6 people so we had one 2 ppl room and one 4 ppl room. We got to the apartment to realize that the check in office was actually at the different location which was 3 metro stations away, which really caused us a lot of troubles to get there. It was our fault not to have read the instructions carefully, but then we had three really big problems. 1. We waited until 3pm, which was the check in time, to get the room. We got the room to find that it has not been cleaned yet. 2. The room was for 4 ppl, but the hot water of the shower could only support one person at a time. We had to wait for an hour until there was enough hot water for the next person. This was really not acceptable for a place with 4 ppl room and we were not warned at all during check in. This gave us a lot of troubles having to wait and wait for hot water to take shower. Also, without prior warning on that, we ran out of hot water in the middle of a shower on the first night which forced us to take shower with cold water in this freezing winter. 3. We changed to a 6 ppl room on the fourth night. We needed to check out of the room at 11am and can only check in to the new room at 11am as well. Given we were all girls only, it was difficult for us to carry all luggage a to the check in office, which was 3 metro stations away. So we went to the office to check in and out and hence was about an hour late when we could move the luggage away for our existing room. However, we were then told that we needed to pay a penalty of 40 euros for that. We find this really a but unreasonable given that we weren't late for a long time and wight this very inconvenient check in and out system of this hotel and that we were just changing rooms only. It seems a bit unfair. Moreover, wifi in room did not work. And our email to the office was not attended to at all. I would advise people to avoid staying at this hotel.
