Quiet, attentive old world service and comfort...f
Spa was a unique Mayan experience, staff were invisible, but things were taken care of without us asking, decor made one feel comforted and cared for

Was in the junior suite so size was great. Biggest bathroom ever seen in any suite I stayed in
Nice tv... Oldest sofa ever seen and look cheap... Fake leather, green , hard... It look like it cost bahts from where I come from ( thailand ) about € euro... It look and feel that cheap... The chairs were old but way nicer... Change that ugly green sofa and this is all better :) they have a nice terrace with a view plus dinner and bar , also have live saxophone , very romantic .. Food was normal price 20-30 euro water, tea all normal but tiramisu is 17euro ( all dessert are same price ) not worth it... But worth to have dinner and listening to live sax.
Walk down the Spanish step u r right in front of Prada... So location is good. In front of hotel .. 20 steps away are some artist selling nice paintings and also... Water ! 2 euro.... Buy them... In the room it is 8.5 euro!

hotel located the most centralized place in Barcelona, i am so impressed by the hotel 1st floor lounge and brakfast area. it's really classic design and deco.room is morden and clean, bed is comfortable. just the mini bar i took sometime to find it...quite near by those tourist attractions as well as shopping area. hotel concierge is helpful.overall it's good!

さすがはもとリッツ
クラッシックなホテルで、内装もとてもゴージャスです。地下鉄の駅は少し歩きますが、中心街に近く歩いても便利です。

一つ不満を挙げるならば、室内のwifiの電波が弱く、たびたび繋がりにくくなったことです。
ビジネスセンターは小さいですが、ゴージャスな内装のお部屋で快適です。

クラシカルな一流ホテル
建物がとにかくステキ。アメニティがロクシタン。グラシア通り近くて立地も良し。コンシェルジュも親切。

立地はいいのですが、2010年にホテル名がリッツからEl Palaceに変わったようで、タクシーの運転手さんにEl Palaceと言っても分からず、似た名前のホテル前で降ろされてしまいました。今だにホテルリッツと言ったほうが通じるみたいです。朝食のビュッフェは内容と雰囲気はとてもいいのですが、会場がテラスなのでホテル内なのにとても寒かったです。ホテルすぐ近くにスーパーマーケットあります。

期待をして行ったとろ、正直期待以上でした。
我々の部屋は角部屋だったので、バス、トイレも非常に広く申し分ありませんでした。
場所も良く、近くの素敵なバルも紹介してくれて

地理位置优越；漂亮的酒店大堂；客房空间较大；洗手间很大。

我们一家三口在乘坐地中海邮轮的前后在这家酒店共住了3晚，感觉非常棒！酒店的地理位置优越，距离大牌云集的格拉西亚大街仅有两个街区，离步行街也就10分钟的步行路程。如果想要去逛逛la roca villiage的话，直达的购物班车候车点拐个弯就到了。酒店的房间比较大。洗手间很豪华，淋浴、浴缸还有如厕相互独立，就连洗手池都可以供二人同时使用。沐浴用品都是L'OCCITANE的，超喜欢哦。最神奇的是客房的镜子居然就是平面电视。酒店的大堂很漂亮，服务人员的态度也很友善。总之这家酒店相当不错！
