Feel Good Apartments Decimononico

Please note that we have an automatic check-in system for your apartment in Barcelona. Upon arrival, please call the Concierge at +34 628 244 374 to receive your safe box and apartment number. The check out time is 2 pm. Guests must call before the arrival time between 10:00 to 18:00 to get the apartment number and the codes to open the front door of the building. To check in the apartment, follow these 3 easy steps: 1. Building entrance: Introduce the code supplied by the concierge. Example: 1234A. 2. Entrance hall: Open the safe box using your personal code followed by the letter “E”. Example: 1234E.You will find inside a magnetic key & an envelope. Take them with you and close the safe box. 3. Apartment door: Introduce the round part of the magnetic key in the metalic hole. Once you hear the “beep” sound you have 5 seconds to rotate the latch. If the 5 seconds have passed, please repeat the procedure to open. You will find the front door key on the table of your apartment.

City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.
