Good location, near to the netro station and also there is a bus station just opposite to the hotel.
I can received mail which is addressed to the hotel and also their service at reception is very nice and helpful
very quiet room as per our request
The lift might need some maintenance as the lift door cannot be closed successfully sometime but it will only take 5-10 more seconds to close the door again. Acceptable
Their wifi service is reliable which I can access high quality wifi in the room. The service at reception is really nice and good. They have warm reminder on the pickpockets and also very helpful.
We have a mail which is addressed to the hotel and we see the mail waiting for us at the hotel room while we are beck from the sightseeing which is excellent.
The receptionist has give us advise on how to go to different locations and market.
Nice and warm stay in the hotel and we feel like home everytime when we are back to the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : Please ask for login name and password for the wifi access at the hotel while you are checking in.
The La Ramblas and Market is just 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel. Please consult the receptionist for direction.
