Clean and cozy city hotel

This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Spain, though not the most expensive one. The air-conditioning (ie. cooler) works well, which is crucial to Hong Kongers like us. It would be better if there's some kind of screens between the bedroom area and the toilet. Very nice roof-top bar.

Modern Hotel 3 Star at best with Rude Staff

The hotel was 3 stars at best. Definitely not 4 Stars as advertised. The rooms were small and the beds were hard. The beds were too firm. I think I would have had a better stay at this hotel if I had a better check in experience. The front desk woman who checked me in was rude & not friendly.

Arrived at 3pm, was initially given a smoking room, but changed to non-smoking room upon request. Room is small, just fit into two people. Difficult to place our big luggage. But generally the staffs are friendly and helpful. Should be given free drinking water bottles instead of drinking pipe water. We use the hotel business lounge to check in our flight on the day of departure, and it is a free service. The hotel is strategically situated, walking distance to Metro and La Lamblas.
