Near by city attration but room is just average.
staffs are friendly, though the room is not that great. few minutes work to La Ramla and tourist attractions.

The hotel is close by the restaurants, tourist attraction and shopping area. Transportation are easy such as Metro and Taxi are everywhere. Room toilet is not that great as the one I have have sink problem. Tiles in the room are not well maintain. You can hear people talking, opening door and beds are aweful to sleep on. Dissapointed with the price paid versus the quality of the room.

Pleasant but far from out of the ordinary.
Central location for Barcelona.

The room was completely unacceptable. Airconditioning was almost non-existant. There was no outdoor view other than the opposite external wall. The hotel experience spoilt the visit.

rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear noises from next door. floor not carpeted and room slippers not provided. this doesnt work well with winter. front office was helpful and PC provided at lobby. all in all, an average hotel.

Great Location but the room is average
Really close to the famous La Rambla and airport transfer bus, close to Metro station also

The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It took us 10 minutes from the hotel to the Airport Transfer Bus, which saved us some taxi money. The reception was great, too.
But I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the room because it really didn't meet the standards of a 4 star hotel. The air-conditioning was really loud outside the window and because of that, my husband couldn't sleep well all night. We can see pipes and really dirty grounds outside our window, not very pleasant, thankfully the window is really small.
There is one thing that I couldn't understand about this hotel. After checked-in, a room service lady knocked on the door, speaks no English and body-languaged to tell me that she wants to check the mini bar in the fridge. Although I was really unhappy, I still let her in. Then she took about 3 mins to count all the stuff and went in and out several times, with my door wide open.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out the Flamenco Theatre on La Rambla, really nice performance.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Staff can speak English and very accomodating. The room is large and clean. However, the ceiling of the bathroom make noise when you open/close the bathroom door. The ceiling looks like something that can be opened. My room has a terrace which i think is a plus. Bed, there is no comforter, which is weird because it was winter. There's extra blanket in the cabinet so I just used it. I didnt add breakfast to my booking so I cannot comment on food.
