Not a great value for money. It's a 2 star but more expensive than the one I had in Madrid which was a 3 star and breakfast was included.

We got what we expected. Stuff were very helpful and friendly. Too nosy at night but we were ready for it. The is no kettle in the room.The lift was too slow . Location of the hotel compencated all problems.Supermarket "Carrefour " and one of the best market are located just in one hundred meters and open until late time.

The room was clean but a little bit small. There was A/C in the room which was nice. The location is fantastic. It was located near La Rambala. Catalunya metro is one step away from the hotel.

i arrived into barcelona by airport bus late in the evening at catalonia square and found my hotel really was only a short walk across the square - so easy. then despite how late it was i was promptly welcomed and equipped with maps and all the orientation i needed for my two days stay. the very old lift was cute. i was lucky i guess to be offered an upgrade to a double room which although still small and with no view was v quiet and had a great ensuite bathroom and breakfast (with ample choice which included spanish frittata) was simply a wander down the stairs to the next level. this was perfect for my stay as i was out for full days and i would return to my bed being made up. i found all of the staff very helpful and friendly and fed this back to them in my feedback form. this really worked for me.

It's the best location for Barcelona. The subway station 'Cataluna', which meets 3 lines, is very close to the hotel. The price is reasonable, but the room I have stayed is too small.

just a very basic hotel. cheap and good enough for a few nights stay. the location of this hotel was perfect for anyone who goes to barcelona for shopping, eating etc. it is right in the middle of the shopping area with a zara just few steps beside the hotel, and many more within walkable distances. the receptionists were very polite and friendly. we have enjoyed our stay and will stay in this hotel again if we visit barcelona for the second time.

It was a great place to stay in the shopping areas and convenient as there are many nearby bus stops and metro. There's 24hours convenience stores nearby. Biking is at the square opposite the road. The hotel staffs ate well verse in English and they ensures that you are well informed about the things to do and eat around Brcelona. They are more than willing to help their guest. The only cons is hot water for drinking is only available in the morning. There's no water flask in the room. Wifi is available at many floors. Toilet doors can't be lock.
Shopping Tip:
La Ramblas has it all. But if you are looking for cheaper place to shop and eat you may go to Those streets near to La Ramblas.

Good location with Metro station at the front. Very convenient, at the corner of Les Rambles - Barcelona famous shopping street. You can do a lot of shopping around this area. Alot of nice food around as well. But this is a very basic hotel, small room and small bathroom. Need to pay EUR3.00 per day for the safe. Even need the key to open and lock the door everytime. Room and bathroom cleanliness need to be improved. Booked for double room but they only have twin room, and we were only given one towel. Informed the reception, but nothing done.
Shopping Tip:
