Best way to know Barcelona
Very knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff, central location, great breakfast

Great. The front desk staff had all relevant information available, knew our needs, and communicated well. Very centrally located negating the need for a cab, the city map doing just fine. Lots of great restaurants, cafes, parks, cultural and historical landmarks a stroll away. Plus all the great shopping that kept opening up as we pushed the perimeter further away.

Good location and spaceous rooms

Compared to the hotels we stayed before, this is the best so far. It is only around 50 meters away from Ramblas and other tourist spots. I would recommend this hotel to people who are in a little budget (but not as much as staying in a hostel).

As I said in my previous review - this hotel is strongly recommended. We returned to it after cruise, as you can see. The rooms are not large, but clean and comfortable. Conditioners work well. The breakfasts were good. The location is wonderful - metro Liceu, close to La Rambla, the Opera theater, Catalunia pl., Gothic, Citadel, Colom, etc.

Rooms are not large but clean and comfortable, elevator works good breakfast with open table, very friendly and smiley staff, absolutely great location - two steps from La Rambla, close to everything, including metro, pl. Catalunia, seaport and so on.

Location was at the heart of Barcelona! It was walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. The staff was helpful in giving directions and giving advise on restaurants to dine in. Rooms were clean but just basic.

Good service but very basic rooms

Good location, friendly staff but rooms were very basic and not very comfortable. wifi did not work in the rooms at all despite having told the staff a couple of times. breakfast was good.
