We had a fantastic stay here. the room was very clean and tidy, nice and modern, and ver comfortable. The staff were always willing to help and very friendly. The hotel is about a 20min walk from placa catalunya, and everything Barcelona has to offer. Overall we would recomend this hotel to anyone wanting a lovely base in the city, and would always be willing to stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
Hot chocolate at QuQu on passaig de gracia was the perfect end to a days shopping

Location is not too far to walk to the ramble down to the habour; it is not touristy which we really like. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, so there is no need for room service.
While the bathroom is spacious, the room itself is very tight. And we suppose being in the city, there is no nice view.
The double bed we asked for were two singles pushed together. And since they are on rollers, the beds slide away whenever we try to lean against the wall to watch tv, which makes it very uncomfortable, not to mention they are small too.
Overall, we would be happy to try another hotel the next time we are back in Barcelona.
Restaurant Tip:
Cafe Tomata across from the hotel has great food, fantastic value for money menu. Glass of wine is expensive though good.

Very friendly staffs,and they can soeak well in English, willing to help. Especially a front desk staff call Alvin from Philippines. Internet connection is a bit slow, and the cumbersome to ask for passwords everyday, hotel policy that every connection is valid for 24 hrs, thus need to renew the log then after.

Great service, good room and fine location

We travelled to Barcelona as a family with two kids. For some reason the room was not big enough for the kids so the hotel upgraded us to a suite at no extra charges. We really appreciated this service and got a fine room with terrace, TV-room and a separate dressing room as well as a huge bathroom.
The location of the hotel at first seems a bit a way from the central and touristic part of Barcelona, but spending a few days in the area actually made us like the more local feeling a lot. Lots of small restaurants and cool cafés close by.
The only bad thing was that parking cost 21€ pr. day and was not included in the hotel. This seems to be the going rate and standard procedure for most hotels in Barcelona.
The Nh Master Hotel is part of an international hotel group and we have tried another one in Amsterdam. Overall the standard is really good and super professional as well as service oriented.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Expect a parking fee of 21 € pr. day.

Séjour de 3 jours. Quartier très calme avec station de métro Urgell à environ 8-10 à pied. Un marché local à 15 minutes de marche (vers nº 1 avenue Carrer de Urgell). Convient aux personnes qui aiment se promener et marcher. Accès au centre ville à 2 stations de métro ligne 1.
Depuis l'aéroport avec le ticket T10, prendre le train et descendre à la station Belgitte puis sortir carrément à l'extérieur pour prendre la station Gornal ligne 8 et descendre à la station Place Espana puis changer pour prendre la ligne 1 et descendre à la station Urgell.
