The stay was comfortable - friendly staff! we arrived early so tat we could have a full day and thought we would ask to store our luggage but nice surprise, we were allowed to check in arround 11am. I had seen comments with regards to wi-fi but it worked perfectly for my friend and l. l suppose it also helped that the hotel wasnt full- end of March. I agree with a lot of fellow guests, the hotel needs to invest in tea/coffee facilities in the rooms - its nice after a long day of sightseeing or shopping to relax and have a cuppa without going out or expensive room service PLEASE.
The room was functional and the use of small space creative- the 2-tiers assist with what would be squashed accommodation to be comfy.
The only thorn in our experience was the night bartender who was so unfriendly we were shocked. We refrained from reporting him to save ourselves rehashing the details.
When we were checking out, we were told we had taken water from the mini bar but we refuted this as we always refrain from this unnecessary expense. The manager just said "ok"- non-judgemental at all.We will certainly be staying here in future
