Great location, friendly neighborhood
Location is great, not too touristy, yet convenient. Neighbourly environment around.

If you want convenience yet not too commercial, then this is a great place. Metro and bus stops less than 10min walk
Nice & friendly neighborhood. In fact locals were helpful to recommend their favorite place to eat. Just look out for restaurant full of locals and you won't go wrong. Best churros con chocolate 5 mins away.
A few things to note not clearly spelled in their advert. This is actually a 1 bedroom apartment. To advertise as a place for 4 adults is a stretch. The address in the confirmation letter is not the apartment. The Agoda map shows location but no address. You have to call the number and ask for the address and instructions to get to apartent. There is no instructions on checking out. We left on a sunday morning and no one answered the office phone so we left the key in the box with our fingers crossed.
Other than that great place and would stay there again.

Restaurant Tip:
There are lots of good restaurants with friendly staff. Ask for best places to have your next meal and they would be happy to recommend. Look for places with lots of old regulars and you won't go wrong. Great Xurerria nearby
