Couples Australia, January 16, 2013	Nice hotel in city location Location, large bathroom, balcony 8.7 Modern and spacious room with large bathroom and balcony. 10 minutes walk from Catalunya Plaza, around the corner from Paseig Gracia train station. Convenient to use train to do sight seeing and plenty of food options around the hotel. Room had comfortable bedrooms, tv (which we did not watch), reverse cycle air conditionning and in room safe. Friendly and helpful staff, nice roof top pool area, small gym. Did not try breakfast as it was not included in our room rate but it cost 8 euros per person. Shopping Tip: If you live outside the EU and go to El Corte shopping centre in the Catalunya Plaza area, grab a tourist discount card from the ground floor which gives you 10% off everything except food and drinks. If you want to get the VAT refund you can go to the refund centre in the basement with all your receipts, abit of a wait but worth it if you brought heaps, ask for cash so you can collect it at the airport.

We felt cold every night until the third day they finally fix well.We asked the front desk to dial the local call for us for making a reservation and one of them answered me "their telephone cannot dial local call"....but another good man dialed for us. The breakfast was very simple. There is no hot pot, cups and tea bags in room. Good location and easy to get the station.

Families with young children Argentina, September 23, 2011	Hotel muy cómodo y servicio muy satisfactorio en t Limpieza, cordialidad y ubicación 9.3 1- aunque el horario de nuestra llegada al hotel fue previa al horario límite para hacernos de la habitación, ya la misma estaba dispuesta para nosotros. 2- la limpieza en todo momento fue impecable. 3- siempre a nuestro requerimiento estaban muy dispuestos a ayudarnos para indicarnos lugares de visita, de comida, de medios de movilización etc. la estadía fue satisfactoria en todo sentido. el personal siempre fue muy atento. estamos muy conformes con todo.

Keiichiro S. Couples Japan, April 03, 2013	カサバトリョまで歩いてすぐ街の中心に位置する、近くに飲食店が多い、カサバトリョに近い 8.7 チェックイン時に、「眺めが良い」「静か」のどちらがいいかをきかれ、「眺めが良い」方を選びました。確かに、通りが見渡せるのですが、夜はちょっと騒がしかったです。部屋は広く、清潔で、アメニティも良かった。
Masashi S. Families with older children Japan, February 16, 2013	綺麗で立地も抜群でした。綺麗、広い！ 8.3 ランブラス通りに面していて、とても便利な立地。ホテルも清潔、広々。室内のクローゼットが大きく、バスタブもあり。しかし部屋にポットは無し。数件先に、人気のバルがあり、味も美味しい。各種観光スポットへも徒歩圏。無料のwi-fiは、部屋では入りづらくﾛﾋﾞｰで利用。最終日は早朝フライトの為、空港までタクシーを利用したが、チェックアウト時にお願いしたら数分でタクシーが迎えに来てくれた。
