Services is great. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
1) There is no water kettle or thermo for making tea/coffee. It's one of the basic equipments so lack of this is a big minus. 2) shower room glass is not well designed as water can be easily spilled out of the shower area. After you finish a shower, washroom floor is all wet.
Overall score is 7 out 10 for the price paid. The missing 3 points could be simply made up if water kettle and kleenex are provided. Location is excellent for business travellers but definitly is not the best for tourists who would have to walk 15 min to the shopping and busy area near Pl. Catalunya. Excellent hotel staff services!! They are very patient to give you as clear sightseeing directions as possible.
