Excellent. Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We cannot rate the food since we did not have food from the hotel. There were so many restaurants in the vicinity that we opted to taste different varieties outside.

Amazing stay in the heart of shopping area
3 minutes walking to hop on hop off bus station, clean and nice room and .Helpfull and friendly staff

Suitable for travellers, centrally located and easy access to public transport. For muslim traveller's easily can get halal food at La Rambla road (kebab). Night activities at La Rambla. Walking distance,about 5 minuts to shopping complex de alqorte where we can get 10 % discount on most item that we shop.

The location is perfect and walking distance to La Rambla. The free wifi is fast and doesn't require any tricky sign-in process. The staff is great and the rooms are very spacious and nicely designed.

It was enjoyable as it is very centerlised location . It is very close to rambla street where all the activities happened but the hotel location is where you would have quietness in the night. The lift is rather small so if you have lots of luggagues, you might need to go few trips to your room .

It was really nice to stay in Regina Hotel.
Most absolute point of this hotel is location.
Everything is near hotel and airport bus stop is 2 mins from hotel. I highly recommend to you to stay in here.

3 star rooms with a 4 star facade

Frosty and unhelpful senior staff. Charged 10 euro for a single drambui in the bar. No tea and coffee facilties in room. Paper thin walls (contrary to what is stated on hotel's website about "quiet") - could hear all the neighbours' bathroom activities. Stayed in 2 different rooms - both had ill-fitting main doors - anyone in the corridor sounded like they were in the room. Rooms very basic - hotel seems to think a box in the bathroom containing a toothbrush and footgel consititutes 4 stars. Spa was nice but a good walk away. Only went once - would have visited most days if closer. For the first time in my life I was refused late checkout by the senior reception staff (even though a junior staff member had assured me the day before that the hotel would be practically empty the day of my checkout and there was no reason why I couldn't check out late).
