Close to Sants railway station, this Catalonia Group property provides easy access to the city center via bus and metro. Just a short walk from the Plaza de Espana and very close to the foot of Montjuic, the Roma Hotel is convenient both for tourist buses and for the major rail interchange of Sants Etacio that connects to Barcelona Airport and Madrid. The hotel is modestly furnished in warm hues and offers satellite TV, parking, wifi access and meeting rooms. The surrounding area also offers a selection of restaurants, shops and metro stations � and for guests who want the excitement of Las Ramlas, a trip to the city center takes under ten minutes. Within walking distance of the hotel is the noteworthy Spanish Village, or for something quite spectacular guests can take the funicular up Montjuic and take in seemingly endless views of Barcelona.

Quiet Environment and hotel staff are friendly too. Convenient as supermarket is nearby the hotel.
Far from train station, about 15 mins by walk to Hotel and most of the eateries and restaurant is away from the Hotel. Room is small but toilet is big. Only one restaurant in Hotel and food there is expensive.
Typically, if you are a first time traveller to Barcelona, try not to book this Hotel as firstly the distance from Train Station and restaurants are far away. Secondly, the facilities of the Hotel is average, reason is that they hardly speaks English and when I ask for room service, they took about 1 hr to reply. In the end, we went out to eat. Only one lifts in the Hotel and it took ages to come down. The Fridge in Hotel is not cold either. Only good thing is far from town which will be quieter but if you are a night person, dont stay here cos taxi after midnight back to Hotel is expensive as trains are not operating during that hours.
Restaurant Tip : TRY not to eat at the Chinese restaurant near the Hotel as the steak is hard as rock and food is not good. Only thing is they open till late in case you are really hungry.
