Close to Sagrada Familia
quiet enough, but also very close to convenience stores

Greats:
Comfortable space, nice balcony, brilliant kitchen. It makes anyone feel lucky to have a holiday staying in a apartment. Very helpful and patient staff who explain everything in detail.
Bads:
No maid service at all, towels dont get changed every day, no supplement of toilet paper, had to take trash out on my own to avoid additional charge.

This apartment was built 2 years ago. It is near by Sagrada Familia Church. Outside my windows is that church. Also next to Metro station. Perfect location, clean and nice for family and business traveller.
Shopping Tip:
Can buy all stuffs for cooking in from supermarket around 30~50M from apartment.

This was a really well equipped modern and clean apartment. Very conmfrotable and we had great view of the Basilica Familia once we moved from the 1 bedroom apartment which was noisy facing out onto the street.
The 1 bedroom advertised for 4 people is just way too small for 4 people.
We only had our 14 year old son and 1 year old child with us and there was no room at all even for our luggage. Also the bathroom only had acess through our bedroom and if the sofa opened no room to walk on to balcony.
We were very happy with the 2 bedroom apartment its a great size for 4 people and great facilities. The staff were not that keen to be helpful and there was confusion at our check in but they are under changeover and he seemed very friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
Must try YaYas just up the road. Great food wine and service! A real hightlight.

Fantastic location - clean modern apartment
clean, modern, well kitted out kitchen, double glazed windows meant no noise. Views of Sagrada Familia

Family of 2 adults, 2 young children. Was great to have 3 bdrms and spreadout after all sharing the same room or two rooms in hotels in other cities. Full range of kitchenware (Ikea) and sharp knives! Lot's of super mkts within one or two short blocks and Metro is in same block, and Sagrada Familia is on opposite side of block - prob 200m walk.
only negatives is...There are two washing machines and dryers on top floor - washing machine take 90 - 120mins, which is a pain when you want to get out and about.

Wonderful Apartment that you would feel like home
Clean and fully equipped, only a street from Sagrada Familia and the Barcelona Tourist Bus Station

The apartment is only a street from Sagrada Familia, the metro station and also the Barcelona Tourist Bus Station. We took the airport bus and changed to metro at Catalunya and arrived at the apartment with no difficulty. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful. When we step into the apartment, we just felt like returning home as it was clean and tidy, and with a fully equipped kitchen. The Barcelona Tourist Bus station was just nearby and we travelled to all places of interest in Barcelona easily. The only thing we could criticise is that the washing machine is not installed in the apartment but on the top floor and are used publicly, anyway, it is still fine as it is free of charge.

it's a great location off the crowed tourists areas. the apartment were nice and clean but the drawback is that the pool is not a pool - the water only reaches up to the knees. despite this, the pool was great for our younger ones. another drawback is the laundry, it said in the announcement that each room had a washing machine but it turned out that this was not the case. there is a laundry without any booking system and it was always occupied.

The location is very close to sagrada familia metro and of course the church as the major icon in barcelona. Supermarkets are just around the corners.
The apartment is modern minimalist design with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. Free wifi and laundry. The rooftop is nice with swimming pool.
