Fantastic location - clean modern apartment
clean, modern, well kitted out kitchen, double glazed windows meant no noise. Views of Sagrada Familia

Family of 2 adults, 2 young children. Was great to have 3 bdrms and spreadout after all sharing the same room or two rooms in hotels in other cities. Full range of kitchenware (Ikea) and sharp knives! Lot's of super mkts within one or two short blocks and Metro is in same block, and Sagrada Familia is on opposite side of block - prob 200m walk.
only negatives is...There are two washing machines and dryers on top floor - washing machine take 90 - 120mins, which is a pain when you want to get out and about.

Nice location and apartment but small pool

it's a great location off the crowed tourists areas. the apartment were nice and clean but the drawback is that the pool is not a pool - the water only reaches up to the knees. despite this, the pool was great for our younger ones. another drawback is the laundry, it said in the announcement that each room had a washing machine but it turned out that this was not the case. there is a laundry without any booking system and it was always occupied.

Spacious apartment close to sagrads familia church

The location is very close to sagrada familia metro and of course the church as the major icon in barcelona. Supermarkets are just around the corners.
The apartment is modern minimalist design with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. Free wifi and laundry. The rooftop is nice with swimming pool.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Unlimited use of laundry machine and free wifi.

Vue sur la sagrada familia, et proche du métro !

Arrivés avec 2 enfants, cet appart hotel a été parfait pour notre séjour. Nous pouvions faire notre petit déjeuner et le repas du soir dans la cuisine toute équipée.
Lits très confortables !
Nous étions à 2 pas d'un arret de bus touristique et du métro ! Personne très gentil, accueillant, parfait ! je recommande vivement !

Много добро местоположение, но малки стаи.
Непосредствено до Саграда фамилия и най-важното е че има в непосредствена близост метро станция!

Апартаментът е чист и приветлив, има и балкон с добър изглед, но не се вижда катедралата(на рецепция ни уведомиха, че ще виждаме катедралата от балкона).Апартаментът в действителност има три спални, но само едната е нормална т.е. има спалня, гардероб и баня към нея.Останалите две са по-скоро като килии - по две легла и... нищо друго, на всичко това отгоре като си отвориш куфара и трябва да прелетиш до леглото.Баните са две, но понеже едната е към нормалната спалня, тя се ползваше от семейството, което спеше в нея(няма как някой друг да минава през спалнята).И съответно във втората баня се къпехме по график 6 човека.Както се разбира ние бяхме осем човека и двама от нас трябваше да спят на разтегателен диван в хола и те бяха облагодетелствани, защото диванът беше по-голям и удобен от спалнята имам предвид нормалната спалня!!!Искам да поясня защо се спряхме на апартамент, а не на нормален хотел.Идеята беше - за да ни излезе по-евтино, но какво се получи накрая-платихме толкова колкото бихме платили и в хотел.Но вината за това е само наша, защото никой за нищо не ни е лъгал.Да снимките по принцип малко послъгват, но ние това си го знаем и на никой не му дойде на ум да провери каква е квадратурата на този апартамент.Отзивите за него, ако не се лъжа, бяха отлични ако не и превъзходни и може би поради тази причина ,очакванията ни бяха високи и в крайна сметка останахме малко разочаровани!Но въпреки всичко ние бяхме добра компания и си прекарахме чудесно,неудобствата бяха само тема за шеги.
