Excellent service, friendly staff, clean rooms. Open bathroom, small bar in lobby. The hotel has a very nice design. However the special bathroom is missing some privacy. The room was normal size. The service in this hotel is excellent! The hotel is not very close to the city center, but very easy to reach with the metro. Opposite of the hotel there's a shopping centre, which can be interesting and could be noticed as a plus for the hotel.

Conveniently located and easily reachable with subway and public transportation. Very small roof top swimming pool.
Breakfast buffet is just adequate and the dining room is very loud.
When it opened this hotel was probably very trendy and from the outside it still is, with it's location is right behind the Torre Agbar. But on the inside it's clear that time has passed since then. Having a B&O telephone set next to you in the toilet might look cool and trendy but if you are woken every time someone in one of the rooms close to you lowers or raises the blinds that telephone set doesn't really interest you any more. We presume the problem is money, refurbishing this hotel with the same trendy look-and-feel is too expensive and just refurbishing kills the overall idea of the hotel, so nothing is done.
In general we enjoyed our stay in the hotel but we will not go back since we're not interested in paying money for useless trendiness, we prefer a nice room and very good breakfast.
Shopping Tip : Right across the street but a little bit hidden behind buildings is a sizable shopping center.
