Hotel Policies

Please note that the hotel does not have reception and requires guests to contact them 48 hours in advance or at least 30 minutes before arrival to confirm exact check in time at least 30 minutes before check in.
For check in after 9:00 PM, there will be an additional charge of EUR 30 to be paid directly at the hotel and for check in after 12:00 PM, EUR 50.

City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.25 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.10 Euros + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (0.90 Euros + VAT in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.65 Euros + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (0.45 Euros + VAT in Catalonia).

Abdul G. Solo travelers Singapore, March 26, 2013	Accessible to many shops and eateries Location, Friendly staff and homely feeling 7.3 It has been a wonderful stay in Whotells Raval Hotel. This is very near to Las Rambla and metro stations. Just outside the hotel / apt, there are many stores, laundry shops, and restaurants. The area is pretty safe.

Die Imformationen auf der Homepage bezüglich Hunde ist falsch. Wir buchten Raval und mussten ins Eixample - Information erhielten wir 2 Tage vor Ankunft. Der Tresor war nicht angeschraubt. Man konnte ihn einfach mitnehmen. Trotzdem würden wir das Apartement weiterempfehlen. Shopping Tip: Tolle Lage - idealer Ausgangspunkt Sehr sauber und freundlicher Empfang.
